Frequently Asked Questions

The first session focuses on understanding the nature of your challenges and goals.  The session will revolve around your priorities, as always, and Dr. Wiens will ask questions to get a clearer understanding of your situation.  By the end of the session, you will have some ideas on potential ways to move forward.

If you are concerned that you will not be sure what to say in session, that is completely fine.  Dr. Wiens will guide you with appropriate questions in a supportive environment.
